Candice, the mind behind Her Expat Life, is originally from the United States. After going on vacation to Italy with a friend, she made the spontaneous decision to move to Rome. In a matter of weeks after returning to the US, she packed up all her belongings, her autistic daughter, her dogs, and hightailed it to Rome, Italy.

She now lives between Malaga, Spain and Istanbul, Turkey where she purchased property and has built an amazing life for herself and her daughter.

Emelina Cortes is a visionary entrepreneur from Belgium who launched her first company in her twenties and now serves as the CEO & Co-Founder of Her Expat Life. She specializes in technology, real estate, funding, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive innovation and create impactful opportunities worldwide.

Mar, our Chief Operations Manager, is from Barcelona, Spain. She is passionate about helping women grow their businesses while maximizing their talents, skills, and full potential.

Having traveled extensively and taught in Thailand, Mar understands the expat lifestyle from a personal perspective. Her international experience allows her to connect deeply with women building lives and careers abroad.

Mar currently resides in Spain, where she continues supporting entrepreneurs and empowering women through global opportunities.
